In my view, good results come when you create a good team: motivated, committed and obviously with the right people. I like to have fun in my job and try to create a good environment with my teams. I defend that using motivation you will get better results, but I have known organizations that don’t believe so, and demand managers to push their teams every minute.

It offers close-up writing mode for small text, stroke smoothing, vector shape auto-detection, palm handling, complete folder structure, PDF exporting, emailing, Google Docs uploading, and more. I have tried others like Penultimate or Ghostwriter, and all of them are getting better every new version is released. Nevertheless, so far Notes Plus is the best option to me.
